Williams Island

Nestled within the exclusive Aventura enclave, Williams Island is an 84-acre island peninsula of unparalleled beauty and exclusivity. Its seclusion, accentuated by the lush coverage of Australian Pines, has made it the perfect setting for a private island community. The majestic residential tower of 4000 Island Boulevard marked the beginning of its journey in 1985, with the elegantly designed Bellini added in 2013. These architectural marvels have continuously set the bar high for aesthetics, grace, and quality. Bengoa Construction Inc. is proud to have contributed to the enhancement of this remarkable location.

Our amenity deck services

Over time, the structural integrity of your amenity deck can weaken. We can evaluate your deck’s capacity to handle weight through load-bearing analysis and material condition inspections, where we assess materials for signs of wear, rot, or corrosion.

We repair amenity decks by replacing damaged boards with new materials, matching and/or upgrading them, and applying new finishes and overlays to restore the appearance and extend the life of your amenity deck.

If the structural integrity of your deck is compromised, we can reinforce and rebuild the amenity deck by reinforcing joists and beams beneath the decking boards and addressing any issues with the deck’s foundation, such as settling or shifting.

We can help prolong the life of your amenity deck by installing waterproof membranes to prevent water damage and applying sealants to protect wood and composite materials from moisture and UV damage.

We can help make your amenity deck safer and more appealing by applying slip-resistant coatings for safety and by repainting or staining the deck to refresh its appearance.

Our process

During this stage, our team will perform an initial assessment to determine whether the project aligns with our expertise and capabilities. This includes examining the project’s scope, location, and other relevant details.

Once the initial assessment is complete and the project is deemed feasible, the next step is cost estimation. Here, we analyze the materials, labor, and other resources needed to complete the project. Based on this analysis, we’ll develop a detailed proposal outlining the project costs and timeline.

After the proposal is developed, it’s time for a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll present the proposal and answer any questions you may have. If you agree with the proposal, we’ll sign a contract and get going.

Now it’s time to to secure necessary permits for the project. This step also includes preparing the site for construction, procuring materials, and scheduling the workforce.

Finally, the project’s execution phase begins. This involves carrying out the construction work as planned and ensuring that quality standards are met. Once the construction is complete, we will conduct a thorough cleanup of the site, leaving it in a presentable state.
